Day 108 Battle Scars 2 MiniNova

The daily sketch for day 108 is the second in the Battle Scars series and it's MiniNova this time. I think this sketch turned out really well! I'm very happy with everything! The crouched pose, posture, anatomy, foreshortening of the limbs and fingers, the details and just everything went exactly as I had hoped! What do you think?

Spoilers ahead! Read at your own discretion. Here we see an actual frame from the comic, no background or other characters have been established yet but they will be there. MiniNova is protecting two cowering children, a brother and sister from the genocide droids that came to the planet to wipe it clean and allow for their homeworld leaders to claim earth and establish a new, perfect colony. MiniNova takes exception to this and instead takes these dirty droids down, one by one. The difficult part and why he's covered in wounds; They break off their limbs and throw them at their targets, which then explode in a small atomic blast but the kicker is, they keep regenerating the limbs they break off. Sound horrifying? Well, it is.
